1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Surfshore Australia Pty Ltd (“Surfshore”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway opens at 12:00am AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of Surfshore Australia Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must provide a valid name and either a valid phone number or email address so the winner can be contacted.

For in-person purchases, customers must provide these details at the time of purchase. If valid contact details are not provided, the customer will not be entered into the giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter, customers must make an eligible purchase from Surfshore during the Promotion Period, either:

• online through the Surfshore website; or
  
• in person at a Surfshore market stall, pop-up, event or other approved physical sales location.
  

No additional fee is charged to enter the giveaway. Entry is received as part of purchasing Surfshore products at their normal retail price.

5. Entry Allocation

Entries are awarded based on the number and type of eligible items purchased during the Promotion Period.

Standard Surfshore Items

Customers will receive 1 entry for every eligible Surfshore item purchased.

For example:

• 1 standard item purchased = 1 entry
  
• 2 standard items purchased = 2 entries
  
• 3 standard items purchased = 3 entries
  

VHS Collection Items

Customers will receive 2 entries for every eligible VHS Collection item purchased.

The VHS Collection includes:

• VHS Tee in Brown
  
• VHS Tee in Blue
  
• VHS Trackies
  
• VHS Hoodie
  

For example:

• 1 VHS Collection item purchased = 2 entries
  
• 2 VHS Collection items purchased = 4 entries
  
• 3 VHS Collection items purchased = 6 entries
  

Mixed Orders

If an order contains both standard Surfshore items and VHS Collection items, entries will be calculated per item.

For example:

• 1 standard item + 1 VHS Collection item = 3 entries total
  
• 2 standard items + 1 VHS Collection item = 4 entries total
  
• 1 standard item + 2 VHS Collection items = 5 entries total
  

Surfshore reserves the right to determine whether an item is classified as a standard Surfshore item or a VHS Collection item for the purpose of this giveaway.

6. Online Purchases

For online purchases, entry details will be collected from the customer information provided at checkout.

Online orders placed during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered, provided the customer supplies valid contact details.

The customer is responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct at the time of purchase.

7. In-Person Purchases

For in-person purchases, customers must provide their full name and either a valid phone number or email address at the time of purchase.

If the customer does not provide valid contact details at the time of purchase, they will not be entered into the giveaway.

Surfshore is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete or illegible contact details provided by an entrant.

8. Exclusions

An entry may be deemed invalid if:

• the purchase is cancelled, refunded or reversed;
  
• the entrant provides false, incomplete or misleading information;
  
• the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements;
  
• the entrant attempts to tamper with the entry process;
  
• the entry is submitted outside the Promotion Period.
  

Surfshore reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.

9. Prize

There is one prize to be won:

$1,000 AUD cash

The prize is not transferable to another person unless approved by Surfshore.

The prize will be paid to the winner by bank transfer or another payment method reasonably chosen by Surfshore.

10. Draw Details

The winner will be selected by random draw.

The draw will take place on 1 August 2026 and will be conducted live by Surfshore.

All valid entries will be included in the draw. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

The draw may be conducted using a random number generator, random draw software, physical draw method, or another fair random selection method.

Surfshore may record, livestream, post or share footage of the draw on its website, social media pages or other marketing channels.

11. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at the time of entry.

Surfshore will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize.

Surfshore may announce the winner’s first name, suburb, state/territory, social media handle or other reasonable winner details on Surfshore’s website, social media pages or email marketing channels, subject to privacy requirements.

12. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, Surfshore may conduct a redraw.

The redraw will take place using the same random draw method from all remaining valid entries.

The redraw winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.

13. Privacy

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that Surfshore may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, contacting the winner, verifying entries and administering the prize.

Entrants may also choose to receive marketing communications from Surfshore where applicable. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Surfshore will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

14. General Conditions

Surfshore reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or delay the giveaway if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.

Surfshore is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, incorrect or misdirected entries.

Surfshore’s decision is final in relation to all aspects of the giveaway.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

15. Permit

The total prize pool for this giveaway is $1,000 AUD.

Based on the stated prize value and structure, Surfshore does not intend to apply for a trade promotion authority or permit unless required by law.

If any permit, approval or authority is required, Surfshore may amend, delay, cancel or adjust the giveaway to comply with legal requirements.
