Refund policy

Refunds:

  • We offer refunds for damaged, unusable, or incorrect items that you have received.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date.

  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn and unwashed.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for change of mind (e.g. wrong size or colour) within 14 days of the order date.

  • You are responsible to cover postage for returning the item, and we cover shipping for the replacement item.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

How to submit a return:

  1. Email support@surfshore.com.au or fill in the form on the 'Contact' page to request a return, stating the reason for refund or exchange.

  2. Upon approval, we'll email you instructions.

Please note: Returns without prior approval won't be accepted.

Refund/exchange process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of approval or disapproval via email.

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Exchanged items will be sent within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you returned your item and you have not yet received your replacement item or refund, please contact us at support@surfshore.com.au.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
